WinClean Pro Privacy Policy
In short: WinClean Pro runs entirely on your PC. It has no accounts, no license activation, no internet connection, no analytics, and no advertising. It never sends anything from your computer to ZevoraTech or anyone else.
1. What the app does on your device
WinClean Pro scans your PC for temporary files, junk, and duplicate files, and helps you clean them up safely. All scanning, analysis, and cleanup happens locally, using your device's own file system and a local database stored on your PC. Nothing about what it finds — file names, paths, disk contents, or usage patterns — is transmitted anywhere.
2. No internet connection
WinClean Pro does not connect to the internet for any reason. It doesn't check for updates automatically, doesn't validate a license or account, doesn't send crash reports, and doesn't use analytics or advertising SDKs of any kind. If you download a newer version in future, that's a separate manual download from us — the app itself makes no network requests on its own.
3. No accounts or license keys
WinClean Pro doesn't require you to sign in, create an account, or activate a license key to use it. There is nothing to register, and we have no record of who has installed or is using the app.
4. Safety features (quarantine and restore points)
Before WinClean Pro deletes anything, it can move items to a local quarantine area and/or create a Windows system restore point, so cleanup actions can be undone if needed. This is purely a local safety mechanism — quarantined files and restore points stay on your PC and are never uploaded anywhere.
5. Reports you export
If you use the cleanup report export feature, the CSV or text file it generates is saved wherever you choose on your own PC. WinClean Pro does not send that report anywhere on your behalf — it's yours to keep, share, or delete as you like.
6. Scheduled cleaning
If you turn on scheduled cleaning, WinClean Pro uses the Windows Task Scheduler to run cleanup automatically at the times you set. This runs entirely on your device; no data about the schedule or its results leaves your PC.
7. Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data — because we don't collect or receive any. The app has no mechanism to send anything to ZevoraTech.
8. Children
WinClean Pro is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone, of any age — the app doesn't collect data from anyone at all.
9. Your choices
You can uninstall WinClean Pro at any time to remove it and its local database from your PC. Quarantined files and restore points can be managed or removed from within the app or through standard Windows tools.
10. Changes to this policy
If a future version of WinClean Pro changes how it handles data — for example, if we add an optional update-check feature — we will update this page and the date above before that version ships, and the new policy will apply from that version onward.
