Zevora Scan Privacy Policy
In short: Zevora Scan processes your documents entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or have any access to your scans, documents, or the photos you import. There are no accounts, no cloud storage, no analytics, and no advertising in this app.
1. Information we do not collect
We do not collect, store, or have access to:
- The photos you scan or import
- The PDFs, page images, or text the app generates from them
- Your name, email address, or any other personal identifier
- Your location
- Analytics or usage data about how you use the app
- Advertising identifiers
2. How your data is stored
Everything Zevora Scan creates — scanned pages, generated PDFs, folders, and your app settings — is stored locally in the app's private storage on your device, using a local database and your device's file system. None of it is uploaded to ZevoraTech or to any third party. If you uninstall the app, this data is removed from your device along with it.
If you use the app's Share feature, the file you choose to share is handed to whatever app or service you pick (email, messaging apps, cloud storage, etc.) — that transfer is between you and the destination you choose, governed by that destination's own privacy policy, not this one.
3. Permissions the app requests, and why

| Photos / Media | To let you import existing photos from your device as scans, and to save generated files where relevant. |
| Biometric / Fingerprint / Face unlock | Used only if you turn on the optional App Lock feature. Biometric matching is handled entirely by your device's operating system — Zevora Scan never receives or stores your fingerprint or face data. We only receive a yes/no result from the OS. |
You can review or revoke any of these permissions at any time in your device's system settings.
4. App Lock and PIN
If you enable App Lock, the PIN you set is stored securely on your device using the operating system's secure storage. It is never transmitted anywhere, and ZevoraTech has no way to see or recover it. If you forget your PIN, you'll need to reset it from within the app or reinstall.
5. Children's privacy
Zevora Scan is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children, in keeping with the fact that we don't collect personal information from any user.
6. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes — for example, if a future update adds a feature that does transmit data (such as optional cloud backup) — we'll update this page and change the effective date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
